  • When are you open?

        We are open from Monday to Sundays including Holidays.

 

  • What is the pool schedule?

        For DAY Swimming it is 8:am to 5:pm, for NIGHT Swimming from 7:pm to 4:am.

 

  • Are we allowed to extend our swimming time?

        No, because we prioritize our cleaning breaks.

 

  • Do I need reservations?

        Yes. We accommodate and prioritize reservation with 50% down payment of your chosen cottage. But, we also allow walk-ins.

 

  • Can I make a reservation over the phone?

        Yes. But it will be considered temporary and can be cancelled at any time if another guest pays a reservation fee for the same cottage for the same date and time.

 

  • Are we required to wear proper swimming attire?

        Yes. We are very strict about swimming attire. But, in the absence of such, white T-Shirt and button less shorts is allowed. We do sell swimwear in the Resort at very reasonable price for your convenience. Black and Dark colored shirts are prohibited.  

 

  • Are kids allowed?

        Yes, we accept kids accompanied by fully vaccinated parent.

 

  • Are alcoholic beverages allowed?

        Yes, but we allowed drinks with 5% alcoholic content only. In case you want to bring 5% and below drinks we require Php10.00 corkage fee per bottle.

 

  • Can we bring Hard Drinks and Extra Strong beers?

        NO. (Drinks with 6% and ABOVE alcohol level like Soju, Emperedor, Fundandor, Red Horse, Brandy, Colt45, Alfonso, Alfonso light, Gin, Rum, Tequila, WINE (Above 5% alcohol content and the likes)

 

  • Can we bring our own foods?

        Yes. However, bringing of burner, stove, Gasulito, M gas, LPG or other appliances is strictly prohibited. Our cottages are not equipped for cooking. There are grilling stations available inside the resort that you can use for free.

 

  • Are speakers allowed?

        No. A speaker of any kind and sizes is prohibited inside the premises.

 

  • Can we bring pets?

        No, pets are not allowed inside the resort.

 

  • What are the Room Check In and Check In time?

        Our check-in time is 14:00 (2:pm) and the check-out time is 12:00nn. If you are planning to arrive early then you may wish to book your room from the night before. If you are departing late, special rates are available for late check-out and is subject for availability of the room.

 

  • What is your Reception hours?

        Our reception hours is from 8:am-10:pm. Outside these hours we have a guard on duty to assist late arrivals and early departures.

 

  • Non-smoking?

        Our rooms is a non-smoking areas. Smoking is allowed outside, there are designated places for smoking. The local government implements a non-smoking policy for all public areas.

 

  • Power supply?

        We have our own back-up generator in case of power cuts/power shortages, for the whole resort including air-conditioned Room.

 

  • Do you have free parking space?

        Yes, we do provide free parking for all our resort guests and visitors.

 

  • What is your mode of payments?

        We are accepting cash and Gcash payment.
