Rules and Regulations

1. Guest must be wearing their wristband at all times. They may exit and re-entry the facility using the wristband during the same session. NO WRISTBAND, NO ENTRY.

2. Any person with tampered wristband will be penalized.

3. Everyone is required to shower with soap and shampoo hair. Rinsing off body oil, deodorant, hair spray, make-up, and other personal care creams. Persons with communicable diseases, open  wounds, sores, rashes,  and bandages are prohibited. 

4. Maong shorts/pants and colored t-shirts are not allowed to use in the pool.

5. Strictly NO HARD DRINKS & EXTRA STRONG BEERS (Fundador, Empi Light, Red Horse, Colt 45 etc.). Violators will be penalized!

6. Participants under 3 years of age must wear approved swim diapers at all times.

7. All minors must be adult supervision at all times. Direct supervision (within sight) of toddlers and children (up to 11 years of age) is required. Older minor children may be indirectly supervised per the judgment of the responsible adult. The supervising adult is responsible for the actions of his/her minor children.

8. Do not litter. Kindly maintain your tables and cottages clean.

9. Cooking is prohibited due to its extensive preparation. We only allow grilling.

10. Strictly no eating, drinking and smoking beside the pool.

11. Running, pushing, drinking or horseplay is not allowed.

12. Stereo, Speakers, TV and other appliances is prohibited. We prioritized our avant garden/smooth jazz and bossa nova pipe-in music.

13. Spitting, spouting of water from mouth, and nose blowing in pool water is prohibited.

14. Diving is not allowed in any part of the facility.

15. Vandalism is a crime and we will be punishing to the fullest extent of the law.

16. ANY PERSON WHO IS BOISTEROUS, ROWDY, DISORDERLY, OR OTHERWISE DISTURBS THE PEACE WILL BE REQUIRED TO LEAVE THE RESORT.

17. The resort cannot be responsible for accident or injury of any of our guests, nor for the loss of valuables, money, or property of any kind.

18. Most of our clients are repeat customers who return because of our "Pleasant Atmosphere". Our rules and security personnel provide a safe, secure environment for everyone to enjoy.

19. IF YOU DO NOT WANT A PLEASANT ATMOSPHERE WITH ENFORCED RULES AND REGULATIONS, WE RESPECTFULLY SUGGEST THAT YOU MIGHT BE HAPPIER AT ANOTHER RESORT.

20. Excessive use of alcohol will not be tolerated.

21. Our Security Surveillance Video monitors the premises 24 hours. We reserve the right to maintain a comfortable atmosphere in the resort and have the right to eject without prior notice anyone who, in our judgment, creates a disturbance or nuisance, or deliberately breaks the rules. No refunds of fees will be made in such an event.

22. Commercial photography and filming is often conducted at Cariño Resort. You may appear in pictures or film that may be used in advertising, news reporting, public relations, or other activities regarding the Resort. Reservation at the Resort or a visitor's pass constitutes your consent for Cariño Resort to use any pictures or films it deems appropriate without payment, inspection or review.

 

       Your observation of the rules while in the resort will make your stay
